Hey guys.

I'll be flying out of the country from tonight to the 21st of December - so there'll be zero activity from me. Not even a fave or two - I expect.

I'll be visiting the former masters of Singapore, the home of the British Empire, London/England, and the land of art, Paris. During my brief 10-day stint in those two foreign lands, our group will be visiting the Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Saatchi Gallery, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, and the Louvre - those are the ones I can name off my head.

Of course, we'll be going to London's Natural History Museum, and visiting the Eiffel Tower and the Arc du Triomphe (hopefully - did I spell that right?). When I get back, I'll have done extensive research on dozens of artists, so when I arrive in sunny Singapore once again, I might have some new ideas to put to the test.

Okay so my promos have been over for a long time now and I've promoted.

I also submitted some comic based on my Sec 4 / JC 1 coursework and won an Honourable Mention in Extravaganza09.

I've finished my art coursework for this year.

Well, it's called an ILP (Individual Learning Project or summat), but it functions the same: Take a shitload of time and stress you out real bad.

The actual file is a digital painting 850MB monster, so I have almost zero intention of putting it up here (also because it's rather ugly, it was an experiment in realistic painting). Printed out, it covers half a metre in height and over a metre in width, which is rather large.

Promos are in three days. After that, LIBERATION.

I came up with this awesome idea for an art project and now I'm swamping myself with painting work. Go me!

Granted, after this I'll be a lot better at painting.

I've been doing some work for Gensokyo.org, namely for their Another Dream Literary release. There's some drawings, but I feel that it would be better to not up them here because they're kind of for other people...

I started moving my old deviations to Scraps because they're really starting to look like kindergarten work to me. I can't believe I used to be so horrible in sec 1 and stuff... Maybe when I get older again my current stuff will look horrible to me, too.

The Comics Wing in HCI has been resurrected to do a comic, and I'm collaborating with , with her doing all the pencilwork and me the administration and penwork. There are other people involved, but they don't all have DA accounts so I'm not putting them here.

I guess it's kind of time for a new ID.
